back stabing

kat office, division ada banyak changes dari segi organization chart. dlm team aku ada 2 orang staff baru. salah seorang tu not so new as she's from other division. the reason why she request to change division is "IT tak pindah Tanjung Malim". hoo... that's not so brilliant reason. that is not the reason why i write this entry.

sekarang frust sket. sket ke, rasanya frust banyak sangat. ceritanya macam ni. sekarang aku malangnya kena joint 1 project and my partner is on maternity leave. then, my boss bring in 2 new staff to handle my daily task. itu takpe lah. sekarang, system yg aku handle for this one year, ada orang lain take over - dengan alasan "Wafaa, you dalam project". yang buat aku rasa nak pull out is, when i solve one issue, the new staff (the one yg transfered from other division) email me saying that "I guess dah boleh handle all simple2 task for support kot. Perhaps I have already done it just waiting to be validated in the Leech. In case I cant figure then I’ll refer to you. tq". and she logged into the service desk and put all the closed issues under her name. later on, when i asked her check one thing, she reverts with wrong thing. wth.
