CNY holiday wrap up

it's monday today & i extend my annual leave for 1 more day. kami sampai KL jam 2pagi tadi. penat yang hamat! history repeated. the traffic was sooooo terrible & menakutkan. 1st jam allll the wayyy from Machang to Kuala Krai, i bet the distance was 40km++. 2nd jam was when entering raub, 11km jam. 3rd jam was when entering bentong. and last but not least was at Karak Hiway. allll the way to Gombak toll. right after keluar bentong, kereta dah bersusun.

well, that's about the journey back to KL. ok now the holiday wrap up.

Day 1 (07-02-08)
we left home @ 5.30am. sampai Pasir Mas masa azan zohor. dan, malamnya, i took my family to fun fair :) ada bumper car, ada merry-go-round. mula2 tak nak main, konon2nya dah kawin lah. last2, aku yg mula2 masuk dlm bumper car. muahahahaha.

Day 2 (08-07-08)
visit both grandparents. belah mak, dua2 masih ada. belah ayah, tinggal nenek. we managed to get home before sembahyang jumaat. dia pakai baju melayu hitam. and i loike. muehehehe.

old family friend pay us a visit. i know them since i was 4 and we were neighbour for 8 years i think. at 3pm, my dear & i went to beris, to visit his uncle. tapi bila sampai, takde orang. oleh kerana rumah dekat pantai, so we went there, while waiting them to get home.

kat pantai pon ramai orang. lucky we managed to get a parking. actually, this is my 1st time, pegi pantai dengan husband. masa berchenta dulu, tak pernah pegi pon. so, mcm jakun aa sket hehe. kat pantai, ada orang jual aiskrim & satay ikan (orang kelate panggil lo'cing). selagi tak dapat lo'cing, selagi tu tak nak balik. muehehe.

(Atas) Aiskrim itu hanya 50sen. (Bawah) Lo'cing itu hanya 20sen sebatang.

Day 3 (09-02-08)
i was waken up by a door knock at 3.30am. i tot i was dreaming so i didnt open it. 15mins later, my sister sms me, bagitau dia kat ER. i woke him up, kami terus bersiap ke hospital. bila sampai kat ER, i saw my sister. omigod. it was my dad in the ER! and i cant stop my tears. rasa lemah lutut ni. but, i have to be strong. i cant drop a tear in front of my mom. mama kata baba sakit dada. yes, dia ada sakit jantung. according to doc, his body doesnt have enough O2.

at 7am, he was admitted. we stay until 8. and return at 10, lepas breakfast nasi kerabu kat rumah cik (i called my nenek belah mak - cik). her tumis is the best tumis ever!

at 3pm, dear husband & i went to his kampung, ada kenduri. lepas kenduri, pegi rumah pusaka. arwah ayah. masih kukuh. anai2 tu biasa lah kalau rumah kampung. we stay for another BBQ session at beris.

Day 4 (10-02-08)
hari balik KL. baba masih di hospital. so, we decided to bertolak balik lepas pegi hospital. oh, sekali lagi, breakfast kat rumah cik. nasi dagang. omigod sedapnya.

baba nampak ok. dia kata nak balik, bosan dok hospital. dia bukan jenis yang duduk diam. so i think better he stay at hospital for few days, get enough rest.

at 12, kami bertolak balik KL.
