Women and energy need

Sharing is caring. So I want to share this with all of women.
  • A woman who is not pregnant needs approximately 2100 calories per day.
  • A pregnant woman needs approximately 2500 calories per day.
  • A breastfeeding woman needs approximately 3000 calories per day.


Calories are sometimes called Kilocalories or KCals.

Conclusion bagi diri yours truly adelah i have to eat more to get more calories.

Elly, ye.. we need more calories. nk kejar anak, nak buat house chores lagi. kalau ada extra masa, nak pk pasal kerja lagi. betul2 bionic woman nih
